We’ve been gone for a long time yes, living in different cities, doing different things, you know, it’s not easy keeping this blog running that way. But don’t worry, we’re still best friends and are still working together! This week we made a music video for Sold His Soul! We went to ‘Doel’ which is a very interesting village. Because they wanted to expand the port of Antwerp in the sixties, the villagers were forced to leave. However, the village is still there, or well… half there. Windows smashed in, furniture lying around, graffiti everywhere, and here and there some residents who refuse to leave until they absolutely have to. It’s like a little ghost town, and it’s so strange to imagine there are people who’s family has lived there for generations… Anyway, nowadays artists go there all the time, because it’s so inspiring. And we thought this abandoned gas station was the perfect location for our video! Do you like it?
Enjoy! And if you like the video, make sure to like it on youtube, it means a lot!
Lots of love from your seemingly gone but not really gone number one favourite band xx
We went to the library again and -just like perfect students should- worked really hard! After that, we decided to take a look around because (as we’ve said before) that building is really pretty! There is art, there are huge old staircases, big statues… So we decided to do a little photo shoot there! The Buddha statue reminded Jade of the song ‘I love buddha’ which is so lovely… Listen to it below, while watching the pictures. =)
Tomorrow is another theme day!! xxxx T&t
Ps: don’t forget to check out our new song! Listen to it below!
The last couple of weeks we’ve been working on a new song. It’s about a young man who feels lost in life, and who decides to go sell his soul in exchange for a -hopefully- better life. Of course, magic doesn’t always turn out the way you want it to. We imagine this story to take place in a poor, small, rainy and dirty city around the year 1800. We hope you like the song!
You can also check out what our song looks like on the computer, quite complicated eh? And of course, we couldn’t help ourselves and gave the voices colors. The bright pink and red parts belong to Elvi (piano) and Jade’s lines are the softer pink ones (main vocals). All the rest is.. well.. All the rest!
And say, who would that yellow track belong to? Well, no one else but our first guest star: Andreas Somville! He’s quite the creative whirlwind and on top of that, he has an amazing voice. He has his own youtube channel on which he posts his own narrated versions of popular songs. It’s really funny.. Also -for those who are interested in it- he reviews games. Click HERE to go to his channel!
Anyway, without further ado,
here is our new song!

One of our last posts was called ‘our way’, referring to the way we write our songs. A friend of ours commented on our facebook page, saying: “I would have at least expected a link to you two singing ‘My Way’ with this.” And loyal to our fans as we are, we recorded that for him today. ; ) So there you go!
Last week we had some days off and combined with the weekend that created a kind of mini vacation for us! Elvi visited some friends in Germany and Jade went to the Belgian Ardennes with her family. We both had such a great time! Unfortunately, that makes the whole ‘going back to school’ thing a lot harder.. But of course, we always have each other and having good friends makes such a difference, doens’t it? : ) So here’s to friendship!
Also, check out our outfits and our new song below!
And PPS: Our post title refers to our little vacation, as well as The Lord of the Rings, who else is really exited to see The Hobbit? We are!!

We want to wish you all a horrible halloween!
To do so, we uploaded a new song today! It’s about the main character from the literary series: Where’s Waldo/ Where’s Wally (whatever you call him). One of our favorite pictures from these books is the one where he walks around in a vampire world. He always looks so happy, even though this is quite a terrible place. People are being tied up and tickled, yikes!! We felt like, maybe underneath the happy man with the striped shirt and the smile on his face, there is boy, feeling very very scared. So in our song, he is trying to get to the next page as fast as possible. But will he ever get out?
Now, before any discussions start, there is no point in going all: “the correct name is Wally!” because it depends on which country you’re from. We actually know him as Wally too, but thought Waldo sounded better for our song. : )
So enjoy our song,
and have a gruelsome halloween!
Horrible hugs and Slimey kisses,
Tall and tiny
ps: go wild on this gorillaz pumpkin carving game HERE!
ever since this week, we really feel the atmosphere of the autumn. The leaves falling down, everything going red, yellow, brown and orange… The smell of chestnuts, the rain on them… And of course the smell of fireplaces when you walk down the street. Jade’s parents just got a new stove and it smells so cozy, and it’s so warm! In this season, Jade just has to knit. Knitting is not so much about the result of what you’ve created. It’s mostly just about the knitting itself. It’s so relaxing! And then after knitting, drinking some hot pumpkin soup… Mmmm… That’s what every autumn day should be like. : ) Unfortunately, it isn’t. We also had class today. But that’s okay because we always bring goodies with us to cheer us up. Check out Elvi’s adorable pink thermos. Isn’t it sweet? Also, we discovered a really fun game today. CLICK HERE to play it with a friend! Elvi wants to learn how to knit, and Jade wants to learn how to sew (which Elvi can do). So maybe we should do a knit-and-sew class together soon!

ps: all this autumn atmosphere is giving us a lot of inspiration for a song on the fall….
